Andrew Lee Lewis was born to Lubertha Mae Lewis and Elmo Lewis on August 9, 1946 in Altheimer, AR. Proceeded in death by his parents; sisters, Gloria Jean Lewis, Bertha Mae (Lewis) Gordon (Shirley); and Lanell Lewis. Survived by his eldest brother, James Edward Lewis (Plute) and wife, Patricia Falkner Lewis; sister, Carolyn (Lewis) Falkner and husband George Edward Falkner, all of Omaha, NE; daughters, JaTaun McNair of Omaha, NE, Kaytrina Lewis Seidl and Husband Petr Seidl, and Andrea Lewis of Atlanta, GA.
Visitation 10am, Funeral Service 11am, on Monday, December 3, 2018 at Good Shepherd Funeral Home.
Interment at Mt Hope Cemetery.
