Ethel Rene Willis

Ethel Rene Willis was born March 30, 1929 in Dumas, Arkansas to Pearlie Carson Griswold and Ivory Griswold, both of whom proceeded her in death. Ethel relocated to Omaha, Nebraska in 2013 and transitioned from this earthly life on Wednesday, October 30, 2019.

Ethel confessed a belief in Christ at an early age and united with New Light Missionary Baptist Church where she served faithfully on the usher board and sang in the choir.

She was united in holy matrimony to Lawyer Davis Willis, Jr who proceeded her in death. She is also proceeded in death by her son, Ivory Lee Willis (Eurshylene), brother M.C. and wife Georgia Griswold, sisters Elma Jones and Ruthie Jackson,

Ethel leaves to cherish her memory two sons Levell (Josephine) and Norvell Willis of Dumas, AR; two daughters DeLois and Darlene Willis of Omaha, NE; Brother-in-law Levell Willis of Milwaukee, WI; eight grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
