Otto was born August 31, 1937 to the late Abram and Annie Moore Patrick of Forest, Mississippi. he was the youngest son of six children and he was united in holy matrimony to Annie Ruth Futch of Forest Mississippi on March 19, 1960.

He was preceded in death by his parents, 3 brothers and 1 sister.

He moved to Omaha, Nebraska in 1957 and was employed by Armours Meat Packing Plant where he retired in 1987.
He had a love for traveling throughout the country, watching sports on TV. He also loved buying multiple vehicles, to include RVs and conversion vans
He had a great love for his only granddaughter Serina.

He departed this life unexpectedly on July 4, 2020 after a brief illness. He leaves to cherish of his memories his daughter Ester Owens; Son, Marty (Trina) Patrick; and daughter Neva Patrick; granddaughter Serina Patrick; sister, Emma Jean (Freddie) Brown; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends, to include 2 lifetime friends John Colbert from Omaha, Nebraska (friends for over 40 plus years) and Zebbie Campbell from Redlands California (friends for over 70 plus years).

He was loved by all and will be missed. You will always be in our hearts.
