Alan J Koenig, 31, preceded in death by his grandmothers Jean Koenig and Mary Fenlon, and survived by his parents, Brian B Koenig and Patricia F (Fenlon) Koenig, went home to be with the Lord. Also survived by his brother and sister, Tim B Koenig and Sarah R (Adam) Friesell, and his niece, all of Omaha.
Koenig was born in Omaha, Nebraska, and graduated from Millard West High School.
VISITATION Monday Sept. 12, 6:15 PM at Holy Cross Church 4810 Woolworth Ave, Omaha. ROSARY following at 7:30 PM. MEMORIAL MASS at Holy Cross Church, Tuesday Sept. 13, 11 AM. RECEPTION immediately following at Church. Memorials to Fresh Hope or Narcotics Anonymous.
