Barbara was preceded in death by her Husband James E Hall Sr., Her parents and other family members.
She leaves to mourn her passing her children Toni Thomas, Jackie Quinones, James E Hall Jr and Shawn (Barbara) Hall, Many grandchildren and great grandchildren family members and friends who loved her dearly.
