Barbara Ann Klaudt passed away February 23, 2026 in Council Bluffs, Iowa at the age of 86 years. She was born on August 9, 1939 in Omaha, Nebraska.
Barbara is preceded in death by her husband, James Klaudt; parents; daughter, Deborah Klaudt; brother, John Chester; sister, Rose Novonty and son-in-law, Daniel Tostenson.
She is survived by her children, Peggy (Daniel †) and Susan Klaudt; grandchildren, Lori, Lisa, Noah, Jim, Jeff, Crystal, Jacob, and Nathan; 16 great grandchildren and a host of other loving family and friends.
Services will be held on Wednesday, April 8, 2026 at Good Shepherd Funeral Home, 4712 S 82nd Street, Omaha NE 68127. Visitation from 10:00 - 11:00 am with Celebration of Life at 11:00 am. Burial to follow at Omaha National Cemetery, 14250 Schram Rd, Omaha NE 68138.
