Benne-Sue Davey, age 95, passed away peacefully in Omaha, Nebraska, on July 1, 2021. She was born May 12, 1926 to Benjamin and Florence (Irwin) Dey in Omaha, NE.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, John Davey; sons Jack and Denny; grandsons Matt Elliott, Dale and Walt Jessup.

Benne-Sue is survived by daughters Judy (Bud) Kilnoski, Mary (Dale) Obrien, Marjie Davey, Beverly Davey, Sheila (Andrew) Grimit, Sharon Davey, Donna Davey, Betsy (Greg) Pesek, Benne Sue Davey, and Jackie (Chuck) Tresemer; 36 grandchildren; 66 great grandchildren; 29 great great grandchildren; sisters Renee Crowley and Harriett Taylor; and a host of nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held at Good Shepherd Funeral Home's 90th Street Chapel, Wednesday, July 7, 2021, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Philip Neri Catholic Church, Thursday, July 8, 2021, at 10:00 AM. Burial to follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery.

The family requests memorials to St. Philip Neri Catholic Church or the American Cancer Society.
