Charles "Chuck" H. Blake, Esq. was born October 21, 1937 and passed peacefully at home June 27, 2026. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Blake and Dorothy Bryant, sister and brother in law Sharon and Pete Petersen, daughters Cindy Whitmarsh and Tamara Brown, granddaughter Beverly Ann Whitmarsh, grandson Joey Dugan, and nephews Tracy and Butch Petersen.
He is survived by brother Harry (Hannah) Blake, daughters Sue Blake, and Tirzah (Carl) Hebert, nephew Garris Petersen,10 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
Services will be on Monday (7/6/2026) at Good Shepherd Funeral Home. Visitation from 11am - 12pm. Funeral Service at 12pm. Burial to follow at Westlawn Hillcrest Cemetery in Omaha, NE. There will be a luncheon following the graveside service at Good Shepherd Funeral Home.
