Craig LaVern Michalski

Craig LaVern Michalski, of Ashland, Nebraska, passed away November 2, 2026 in Elkhorn, Nebraska at the age of 75 years. He was born December 18, 1950 in Council Bluffs, Iowa.

Craig is preceded in death by his parents, Severin and Myrtle Michalski; sister Cydell Michalski; grandson Nicholas Elsasser; and great-grandson Hunter Elsasser.

He is survived by his children Teri (Doug) Elsasser, Jon (Heidi) Michalski, and Ondrea (David) McConville; grandchildren Katie, Jacob, Wyatt, Paul, Kayla, and Cade; great-grandchildren Valencia, Joslynn, Everette, and Quinn; siblings Vaughn (Sandy) Michalski, Dola Mehsling, Dené Schwartz, Drew (Linia) Michalski, Karna (Fred) Swirbul, Severin Michalski, Blake (Diane) Michalski, and Brett Michalski; and nieces, nephews, and other family.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family to be used toward Craig's favorite charities.
