Dana Drew Livingston

Dana Drew Livingston taught his children the value of hard work, honesty, and keeping high spirits. Dana loved to laugh and spend time with those he cared about, namely his family. He will be missed for his wit, his enthusiasm, and his charisma. He was born and grew up in Omaha, where he met his beautiful wife Dolores Hatcher. After marrying the love of his life in August of 1986, they started a beautiful family here in Omaha.

In the Livingston household, with four children, there was never a dull moment. Dana loved life and loved adventure. Whether it was a drive around the block in a new truck or taking a jam-packed van across the country, Dana was always ready to explore and make new memories. He worked hard, and played hard, and valued time for important things, like family. He also valued his hobbies, such as sprucing up his cars or watching classic films, and sharing them with Dolores and his children.

He is gone too soon, but was luckily able to meet his grandson this year before passing. Dana will be fondly remembered for all the love and good times he brought to all those around him.

Dana is survived by his wife, Dolores; daughters, Brie Ann Livingston, Brittney (Mookie) Williams, Drew (Doug) Dyer; son, Dana Blaze Livingston; grandson, Jameer Williams; mother, Nancy Jean Livingston; sister, Kristy (John) Anderson and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other loving family and friends. Dana is preceded in death by his father, Dana Zane Livingston and brother, Patrick Livingston.

There will be a visitation for family and friends on Saturday (12/20/2025) from 2 - 4 PM at Good Shepherd Funeral Home, 3809 N 90th Street, Omaha NE 68134. A reception will follow at Good Shepherd Funeral Home in the reception hall. The visitation will be livestreamed below.
