Dana Stephanie Slack

Dana passed away peacefully on June 24, 2025, at the age of 77. Born August 27, 1948, in LeMars, Iowa to Grace and Vernon Thill. Dana was preceded in death by her parents, brothers David and Peter Thill, husband Randolph Slack, long time partner Bill Pipkin, and grandson Chance Wolfe.

She is survived by her daughters Lisa Alff (Kevin), Laura Slack, Kathleen York (Brett), and Maryann Slack. Her grandchildren are the beautiful continuation of her story: Dylan Wolfe, Delayne Dodson (Trey), Lathan Wolfe, Grace Alff, Logan Wolfe, Cole Alff, Lucy York, Emiliano Barrera, and Ruby York, as well as her first great -grandchild Daxton Dodson. She also leaves behind her siblings Romalee Nelson (Myron), Steve Thill (Gail), Nina Henry (Rick), many nieces and nephews, and her dearest friend Kathy Willms.
