Danette Renee Jensen

Born in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin on March 19, 1962. Died in peace and comfort on May 11, 2026, while in Hospice Care at her home in Omaha, Nebraska. Danette lost her courageous battle to cancer after a 2 year fight. Her remains will be preserved in the columbarium at St. Augustine Episcopal Church in Elkhorn, Nebraska.

She was preceded in death between the age of 1 and 2+ years old be the death of her biological parents, Eugene and Beatrice Barnhart. She was adopted by Richard Krueger in 1965. She moved with her new family to Charleston, West Virginia in 1967 and back to Omaha, Nebraska in 1979, She is survived by her father Richard Krueger, her son Matthew and her brothers Craig and Eugene Barnhart.

Danette was married to Troy Jensen from 1989 to 1992
