Dan was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska
He was proceeded in death by his parents Joseph and Mildred, sisters Lana and Jolene.
He is survived by his wife Candy, children Lisa (Ronnie) Dan JR (Rene), 3 grandchildren Heaven, Joey, Bailey, sister Diana (Roy).
