Dante Midcalf

Dante Midcalf, 45, passed away on October 7, 2025, in Omaha, NE. He was kind and creative soul who loved gaming and solving puzzles.

Dante was preceded in death by his mother Marie Midcalf and one sister Doris Butler; Grandparents Felix and Lucinda Butler; two uncles Matthew Lee and Jessie Butler; four aunts Lois Butler, Bertha Hawkins, Annie Mae Ervin, Lillie Butler.

He is survived by two sisters: Lavern Butler and Shawnte (Andre) Cook; nephews and nieces Dion, Shaylynn (John), Talia, Tahj, Brandon, Jamaur, Jarodd, Tanjanique, D’Andre, Andreya, Andre Jr., Jaylin, John, Sloane, Ohna, Aaliyah, Geneiva; one Aunt Esterlene Lee; survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and special friends who will miss him dearly.
