D’Edra Lynn Birch Spencer (Big Juicy) 51, daughter of Terri Birch and Paige Barnes, wife of Tyrone Spencer, gained her wings peacefully at home on Saturday, September 12, 2026. She was born in Omaha, Nebraska July 11, 1975.

She is proceeded in death by her Mother Terri Birch, Daughter Lyric Spencer, & Sister Takeisha Barnes. She is survived by her husband Tyrone Spencer, 2 daughters Shimari & Cassius Birch and her 3 granddaughters ShiMiya, Ky’Loren & Teri’lyn Birch as well as nieces, nephews, cousins extended children, family and grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings DaVeda Sledge, TaLynn Birch, Tanesha Birch, Mary Barnes Holmes and Paige Barnes Jr .

D’Edra graduated in 93’ from Central High School she also went to college and graduated Hair school. D’Edra loved to do hair , she loved music , she loved to dance and one thing for sure she loved to laugh and crack a joke. She marched for the American Legion and was also the active Vice President of “Sistahs Elite” Social Club of Omaha.

D’Edra lived life to the fullest she had a smile that was contagious and could make anybody laugh . If you knew her you know she loved and always kept her nails done and LONG. She absolutely loved being a grandmother to grandkids. Everybody called her “Big Juicy” and she knew she was just that.

D’Edra was so loving and nurturing, she took so many people in as her own. She had so many close / childhood friends that she still talked to and cherished after so many years just know you all are boned for life.

And in closing D’Edra will truly be missed by an eternity of individuals and if you had the chance to have her in your presence we’re sure she’ll never be forgotten .

Services will be held on Friday (9/18/2026) at Good Shepherd Funeral Home - L Street Chapel. Visitation from 10:00 - 11:00 AM with Service at 11:00 AM. Complete notice is pending.
