Dennis V. Thorne passed away May 14, 2024 in Omaha, Nebraska at the age of 78 years. He was born to Oscar and Pearl (Hughes) Thorne.

He is preceded in death by his parents and siblings.

Dennis is survived by his daughter, DaeLynn (Joe) Armstrong; grandsons Trevor (Sara) Shimmin and Darien Karsiko; sister Criss Kleinschmidt; and other family.

Interment at the Omaha National Cemetery at a later date.
