Diane Louise Taylor

Diane Taylor, born September 18, 1942, in St. Paul, Minnesota, died on March 12, 2026.

Diane grew up in St. Paul before moving to Omaha, Nebraska. She attended Tech High School and later completed cosmetology school. She worked as a hairdresser and salon manager throughout her career, holding positions at Brandeis Department Store and Younkers Department Store, and retiring as the manager of the JC Penney salon.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Ellen Nielsen, her sister Gloria Anderson, and her brother Carl Nielsen.

She is survived by her nieces and nephews: Mark Anderson (Robin), Todd Anderson (Robyn), Amy Sayegh (John), Anne McNamee (John), Steven Nielsen (Carrie), Robert Nielsen, Jamie Nielsen, Shelli Domenge (Ray), and Garrett Nielsen (Heather).

The family would like to extend a special thank you for the support of her good friends Becky Barta and Valerie Kuntz through the years.
