Preceded in death by his parents, Son, Donald Cook III; brother, Leroy Cook.

Survived by his wife, Georgia Cook; step-sons, Jim Wolfe (Marita), Tony Wolfe (Erin); brother, Ron Cook.

Funeral 11AM on Monday at the Good Shepherd Funeral Home. Visitation is during the hour prior to the service. Interment in Westlawn Hillcrest Cemetery.
