Dorothy Emma Walton, age 56, passed away peacefully at home on May 18, 2023. She was born March 9, 1967 to Robert and Sharon (Soule) Walton in Omaha, NE and If you close your eyes and picture Dorothy, she is most likely laughing or crying in your memory. Our mother always felt greatly and it was her superpower. She always let her children know that she loved them and was proud of them. Dorothy was always quick to turn strangers into friends, tell a joke, give a compliment, embarrass the heck out of her kids, but she made life fun. We could always go to our mom and she would always say she was sorry that was happening, she would cry and be sad with us and she'd cry and be happy with us. And she,d cry when she was proud of us and no matter our faults, we always knew she cared and we're all going to really miss her. I know we weren't ready for our mom to go but I believe my mom's words that she found peace before she died and for that, I'm truly grateful and grateful that we had her for a mom and that we had her even for as short of time as we did. We love you mom and we're going to miss you so much!
In addition to her parents, Robert and Sharon Walton, she was preceded in death by her beloved nephew Donald Walton.
