Gerald Allen Hilliar

Gerald Hilliar, age 83, passed away in Omaha, Nebraska, on November 25, 2022. He was born February 27, 1939 to Harold and Helen Hilliar in Auburn, NE. Gerald enjoyed spending time with his family. He poured his life out for his family. His passion was working as a cutter man in a print shop and attending his church. Gerald was a life long fan of the Nebraska Huskers.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Donna Hilliar; brother, David Hilliar; and sister-in-law Ellen Hilliar.

Gerald is survived by his children, Sherry Brown and Gary Hilliar; grandchildren, David Burgmeyer II, Richard Garule, jr., Donna Garule, and Linda Hilliar; great grandchildren, Trey Burgmeyer, Emily Moser, Nevaeh Haines, and Warren Garule; brother, Phillip Hilliar; and his nieces, Lynne, Lori, and Krissi; and a host of family and friends.

Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, December 09, 2022, from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Good Shepherd Funeral Home's L Street Chapel.
