Gerald " Jerry" Francis Wilson, a beloved husband, father, and friend, passed away peacefully on June 1, 2026, at the age of 81. Born on July 6, 1944, in Omaha, Nebraska, Jerry dedicated his life to God, his family and his work at Vickers Hydraulics, where he was known for his hard work and commitment.
Jerry will be remembered for his deep love of baseball, especially his unwavering support for the New York Yankees. An avid fan, he often found joy in sharing this passion with his family, creating cherished memories that will endure through the years. His faith was equally integral to his life; a devoted member of St. James Catholic Church, Jerry's spirituality guided his actions and interactions with those around him.
Jerry will be truly missed by all that knew him.
Jerry is survived by his loving wife, Nancy; daughters, Sherry and Nikki Wilson; stepsons, Derek (Tea Anna) Bothwell, Allen (Darlene) Bothwell and Nick Malone a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other loving family and friends.Services will be held on Thursday, June 11, 2026 at St. James Catholic Church. Visitation from 9:30 am - 11:00 am. Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am. Interment at Calvary Cemetery.
