Hugo Boyerman

April 1, 1971 — October 1, 2025

Hugo Boyerman, 54, of Omaha, Nebraska passed away peacefully on October 1, 2025 at CHI Immanuel hospital at 10:00 AM. Funeral services will be held at Good Shepard 3809 N 90th Street at 1PM on Sunday October 12th, 2025.

He was born into a large family on April 1st of 1971 in Bolivia, a country in South America. He moved to America early in his life with one of his beloved brothers Ricardo Boyerman and studied at Pasadena High in California. When moving to America he was adopted by his uncle, Luis Boyerman and aunt, Ruth Boyerman. He would go on to move to Omaha, Nebraska, obtain his citizenship, and start a family here. While growing up and starting his new life in Omaha he was helped along by his best friends Gatt Ware and Patrick Stewart whom he adored. He was a window Glazer for over 20 years among a few other jobs that he has had to provide and care for his family and friends. He loved soccer and regularly played his whole life whether it was a competition or just for the passion he had for it which sparked whole new relationships and friends that loved him. His dedication to soccer won him a men's soccer league championship here in Omaha in 1996. He is survived by his two children Evan and Basia Boyerman whom he loved very dearly and would go to the ends of the earth for. He also left behind his significant other of 10 years Cissily Gomez whom he also loved very dearly to the day of his passing. Hugo was a very funny and kind person that everybody loved. He preached responsibility, independence, and hard work. He practiced what he preached. He was a father figure to many that he sewed those attributes into. He took care of foster children in his life, among them being from his own family, his nieces Samantha and Brenda Boyerman. He cared, loved, and taught all of his foster children as if they were his own. The many who knew him and loved him thought of his presence as a gift. There will be no other to fill his shoes. He was a great man and although he is no longer with us, he probably still thinks all of this is being overly dramatic.

Following the memorial service, there will be a spaghetti feed at Bogies Bar and Grill (Pheasant 2.0), starting at 3:00 PM, to help raise money for funeral expenses and family. 3305 Old Maple Road.
