Irene Marie Brummond passed away January 14, 2026 in Omaha, Nebraska at the age of 79 years. She was born January 18, 1946 in Germany.

Irene is preceded in death by her parents, Antanas and Sophia Perkumas; sisters Janina Perkumas and Zita Perkumas; brothers Antanas Perkumas, Karolis Perkumas, and Peter Perkumas; and children Kenneth and Steven Brummond.

She is survived by her granddaughters Melissa Ignowski and Jasmine (Tony) Zach; great-grandchildren Leo, Aiden, Caleb, and Enslee; signifcant other Peter Faur; and many nieces, nephews, and other family.

VISITATION Monday, January 19, from 6-7 PM with FUNERAL SERVICE at 7 PM at Good Shepherd Funeral Home - L St Chapel. Interment at St John Cemetery.
