James George Boege

James George Boege, age 64, of Omaha, Nebraska, passed away peacefully on October 20, 2026. Born on November 24, 1961, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, James was a beloved son, brother, and friend, known for his unwavering love for family, deep faith, and passion for sports.

A proud supporter of the Nebraska Cornhuskers, James found joy and camaraderie in cheering for his team, embodying the spirit of loyalty and dedication. He lived a life marked by resilience, facing challenges with grace and determination, and touched the lives of many with his warm heart and infectious laughter.

James is survived by his siblings, Glen (Mary) Boege, Scott (Susan) Boege, Jeff Boege and Lee Ann (John) Anderson and many nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, Allan and Lorraine Boege.

A graveside service will be held at a later date.
