James Edward Holbert
February 19, 1956 — April 25, 2018
James Edward Holbert, age 62, of Omaha, passed away April 25, 2018.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Willa Mae; sisters, Laura Holbert-Griffin, Jessica Wilson; daughter, Lakisha Gamble.
James is survived by his sons, James Holbert Jr., James Wilson; daughters, Jamie Gamble, Shontel Harris (Gary), Crystal Sanchez (Francisco); sisters, Brenda Phelps (Joseph); Carrie Holbert; brother, Gerald Anthony Holbert Tibbs (Sandra); a host of other family and friends.
Visitation is Wednesday, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., at the Good Shepherd Funeral Home. Funeral service is Thursday, 11 a.m., at the Faith Temple Church. Interment will be in the Mt. Hope Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the family.
