Cover for Janet Lynn Charboneau's Obituary

Janet Lynn Charboneau

Jul 22, 1960 — Nov 2, 2026

Janet was truly one of the kindest people you could ever meet. She had a heart of gold and always put others before herself. Her kindness, compassion, and willingness to care for those around her were just a few of the things that made her so special.

Family was everything to Janet. Her children and granddaughters were her whole world, and nothing brought her greater happiness than spending time with the people she loved. She also had a special place in her heart for her beloved black Lab, Gunner, who brought her companionship and happiness.

Janet shared a special love with her husband, Jeff Charboneau. The two of them were content simply being together, whether spending quiet time at home or sitting beside Jeff at the racetrack. Janet was always his biggest supporter and number one fan. She loved being by his side, cheering him on, and sharing in something that meant so much to him. Their happiness came from simply having each other.

Janet also found joy in taking care of her home. She loved cleaning her house from top to bottom every day and making dinner for her husband. These everyday things were ways she showed her love. She took pride in caring for her home and the man she loved.

Janet is survived by her loving husband, Jeff Charboneau; her son, Ronald Harris (Megan Dropinski); her stepdaughter, Kristin Bell; and her beloved granddaughters, Samantha Coniglia (Willits) and her husband, Creighton, and Alexis Willits.

She is also survived by her mother, Dolores Held; her sisters, Barbara Luellman (Dave), Victoria Luellman, Nancy Mienders (Matt), and Beth Reber (Tom); along with many beloved aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

Janet was preceded in death by her father, Frank Pochop; her beloved daughter, Jamie Harris; and her brother, Steven Pochop.

Janet leaves behind a lifetime of love, memories, and kindness that will never be forgotten. Her heart of gold, her devotion to her family, and the love she shared with Jeff will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew her. Though she is no longer here with us, her love will continue to live on through her family and all of the lives she touched.

She didn't need a perfect life to be happy. She found happiness in the people she loved, the home she cared for, and the man she stood beside.

Forever loved, forever missed, and never forgotten.
