Jason Slininger

Jason Walter Slininger, 51, of Omaha, NE was welcomed into his Savior's arms on September 13, 2025.

Born in Creston, lowa, on January 6, 1974, Jason graduated from Grace University with a degree in bible and music education. Jason loved leading worship in church. He drew close to his Creator through this and blessed many others. Jason enjoyed a long career at Orion Advisor Services where he was able to use his gifts of organization and people skills to impact those around him.

Jason was preceded in death by his parents Walter and Katheryn Slininger. He is survived by his wife, Angela, and their five children, Emma, Jonah, Clara, Amelia and Isabella. He also leaves behind two brothers, Gregory (Carmon) Slininger, and Jeffery Slininger, along with his stepfather, Robert Duley.

Jason will be remembered for his kindness, integrity and love for others. He had a way of respecting others and making them feel seen. His generosity and sweet temperament will be missed.

A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at Community Bible Church, 3616 S. 132nd St., Omaha, NE 68144. Private family internment.
