Jessica Marie Gibson

On Saturday, April 4, 2020 Jessica Marie Gibson passed while surrounded by family and friends. Jessica was 37, a fighter, a survivor, a mother of 2 beautiful girls, Haley and Tierra Gibson.

As Jessica, in spirit, walks beside her two girls, she also watches over, her mother, Annette Gibson, grandmother, Thelma Gibson and several loving brothers, sisters cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

Jessica was preceded in death by her father, Manuel Salcedo, brother Julio Salcedo and an unborn grandchild.

As a natural caregiver, Jessica dedicated her life to others. Jessica found great joy and a purpose as a nurse. During her battle with cancer she found great strength and courage, while she continued to care for others. To know Jess was to know the true definition of selflessness.

Jessica's spiritual journey was fulfilled. She knew Jesus and was excited to see where her destiny was headed to next. Jessica was the server, the worker and the lover of life.

Jessica wanted everyone to know that she fought ever day to stay alive to be with them. Her one hope was that every life she touched may learn to feel and find the deep sense of faith that she was able to carry.

Jessica asked that you honor her legacy and love for her children, "May all those who supported me through good, bad, tough and sad days be the same ones who pray and guide my girls through this bizarre but grace-filled life."
