John Bowen, age 81, passed away peacefully on November 9, 2025, in Council Bluffs, IA.
John is survived by his 7 daughters, Crystal Carsley, Chryl Vidales, Cryschell Bowen, Tammy Bowen, Annette Desantiago, Crystal Barnett, Stacey Sosa; 28 grandchildren (everyone knows he was closest to Presley ), many many great grandchildren, siblings, Laura (Jim) Tate, Linda (Charles) Teeters, Larry Bowen and a host of other loving family and friends.
John is preceded in death by his parents, William & Julia Bowen, 5 grandchildren, and 8 siblings.
A Graveside Service will be held on Friday (11/14/2025) at Omaha National Cemetery 14250 Schram Rd, Omaha NE 68138, at 12:30 PM.
