John was born on November 15, 1977, in Omaha, Nebraska. He was second of six children. Four brothers, and one sister. He had two half-sisters, one half-brother, and four stepsisters. His older brother Robert was the chief of the six siblings. John and Jason, his one-year younger brother, were always very close during his life. Sara, his younger sister, joined the trio a year and a half later. John was 9 years old when his twin brothers Micheal and Joseph were born. The “trio” played, taught, and teased the twins and remained good friends. Even as a small child, John had always placed his love for the Lord first. He always sought the Lord reading and studying the bible.
John started school in Kearney, Nebraska and then continued in San Ardo, California. But after 3rd grade, he went to Trumble Park Elementary and on to middle school, and high school in Papillion. He loved sports and was a baseball pitcher and quarterback for the Papillion Monarchs. John then played college baseball in Oklahoma, Bellevue NE, and in the last years of college at UNO. Later in his life he played league baseball, lifted weights in competition and he loved riding his motorcycle. While playing these sports, he gained many lifelong friends. After college he became a welder and then moved on to become a journeyman electrician for IBEW Local 22. The man John would go to for fatherly advice and support was his stepdad, Tim. They were friends and enjoyed each other’s company. His second marriage gifted him with the love of his life, his beautiful daughter, Chloe LeBlanc. Such joy and happiness he had being her father! At the end of his life, he was engaged to Sudsuay (Dea) Nelson within whom he had found peace, and love. John passed away on April 2, 2026, and was proceed in death by his nephew Brody Foresman, and half-sister Emily Foresman. He leaves behind his Mother Connie Maine, stepdad Tim Maine, and his father Scott Foresman. His cherished daughter Chloe LeBlanc. His sister and her family Sara (& Jason Strack) Foreman. His brothers and their families Robert (& Katerina) Foreman, Jason (& Haley) Foresman, Michael Foresman, and Joseph (& Krista) Foresman. His beloved fiancée and her family Sudsuay (Dea) Nelson. His half-brother Ethan and half-sister Stephinie. His stepsisters and their families Leigh, Kimberly, Megan, and Samantha Maine. Adult niece and her family Sonora (& Drake Adair and John’s Great nephew Silas) Foresman and AshLyn Foresman. Adult nephews David and Elijah Foresman, and 26 other nephews and nieces.
Services will be held at Good Shepherd Funeral Home, 4712 S 82nd Street, Omaha, NE 68127. There will be a visitation on Friday (4/10/26) from 5:00 - 7:00 PM. Funeral Service on Saturday (4/11/26) at 10:00 AM. There will be a private family burial to follow.
