John Prahinski

John "Mike" M. Prahinski passed away August 15, 2023 in Omaha, Nebraska at the age of 64 years. He was born December 31, 1958 in Sonora, California.

Mike is preceded in death by his parents, John A. and Lois Prahinski.

He is survived by his children Sean (Amanda) Prahinski, Kayti (Kyle) Smithhisler, and Nick Prahinski; grandchildren Brooklyn Smithhisler and Johnathan Smithhisler; brothers Doug Prahinski and Kip Prahinski; sister Suzy (Doug) Grove; aunt, nieces, and other family and friends.

Mike spent most of his life living in Colorado and Nebraska while working as a carpenter. He worked on several projects that he was very proud of which included the First National Bank building, Denver International Airport, and the Henry Doorly Zoo Desert Dome. He enjoyed fishing, the outdoors, music, and reading his Tom Clancy Novels.
