Johnathan Masio Davis was born on June 16, 1978, in Chicago, Illinois, to his mother, Claudia F. Davis, and his father, Johnny Embry. During his childhood, he attended St. James Catholic School in Chicago. He later moved to Omaha, Nebraska, where he attended Flanagan High School and completed his general studies, earning his high school diploma


Johnathan later worked in nursing homes as a dietary aide, where he was known for his dedication and caring spirit. Full of energy, he had a deep love for singing, dancing, and cooking, and often brought joy and laughter to those around him.


Johnathan was preceded in death by his grandmother, Ersalene G. Davis; his aunt, Saundra Davis; and his cousins, Carmaletta Davis-West, Robert Nash, and Devon Nash.


He leaves to cherish his memory his loving mother, Claudia F. Davis; his two sons, Deandre Wells and Deangelo Wells (Trina Wells); and his siblings, Ebonie Davis (Tyree Lampkin), Jason Davis, Norman Davis (Amanda Davis), Falon Davis, and Shereese Davis. He is also survived by his uncle, Robert M. Davis (Vickie Davis), and his aunts, Reeshard Parks (Willie Parks), Luvenia Richardson, and Dorcas Davis-Anderson.


Johnathan also leaves behind his close friend, Tiffany Clark, along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends who will forever cherish and honor his memory.


Above all, Johnathan loved his family deeply and was known for his generosity and kindness to everyone he met. His warm spirit and giving heart left a lasting impression on all who knew and loved him.
