Julia is survived by her children, Will Belt (Winter Rose), Constance "Connie" Smith (James Kinman), Christopher (Amanda) Smith, Hilton W. (Allison) Smith III, Courtney Hansen, Shane Smith (Elizabeth Carter), James Belt III, Titania Morrison; a host of grandchildren, other loving family and friends.
Services will be held on Friday, July 31, 2026 at Good Shepherd Funeral Home, 90th Street Chapel. Visitation from 10:00 - 11:00 AM with Funeral Service at 11:00 AM.
