Kattie Mae (Brown) Stanfield begin her life journey on June 12 1935 in Pickens Arkansas to Frank Sr and Laura Brown

Kattie with two 't's, grew up in Winnsboro, Louisiana and dedicated her life to the lord at an early. She graduated from Alto High School.

Kattie moved to Omaha NE in 1956 where she meet the love of her life Joseph Stanfield, ans she birthed five children from this union. She reminded them, "You are just as good as anyone else. Don't let anyone get in fron of you" Another favorite Kattie quote was "You got five senses!" She became a member at St Mark Baptist Church and faithfully served as and usher for over 20 years.
A dedicated employee, Kattie retired from Mutual of Omaha after 30 plus years. Kattie like doing puzzles, fishing, yelling at the TV while watching football and watching her favorite Michael Jordan play basketball. She loved her family and every summer drove to Louisiana and Oklahoma to visit relatives. She was the last living person of her generation, nd leaves a legacy spanning five generations.

She was preceded in death by her husband Joseph Stanfield, parents Frank Sr and Laura Brown, 4 sisters; Carrie Murphy, Esther Brown, Lisa Holmes and Ola Ignont 7 brothers; Levelle, Frank Jr, Muriel Sr, Isiah, Cleveland, Jack and Dennis Brown, daughter, Sandra Stanfield; granddaughter Dekra Stanfield & great grandsons Marcel Davis Jr. and Jermaine Stanfield Mountain.

Kattie will be truly missed and forever loved. She leaves to cherish her memories her children daughters; Levonia Frazier, Danyell Stanfield, Danita Stanfield; sons Michael (Hazel), Jerry (Angela), Joseph Jr, Ransom (Jacci),. 26 grandchildren, 67 great grandchildren, and 15 Great great grandchildren, And a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
