It is with a mix of sorrow and celebration that we announce the passing of Kenneth Martin Carr Jr., who departed this world on January 9, 2026. Born on June 13, 1963, in Cali and raised in Detroit. Kenneth lived a life full of laughter, hard work, and memorable moments that touched everyone fortunate enough to know him.Kenneth made his mark in the construction industry, proudly serving as a Superintendent. He approached each day with dedication and a can-do spirit, traits that endeared him to colleagues and friends alike. Kenneth's hands-on knowledge and experience reflected the wisdom of someone far beyond his years.Kenneth enjoyed riding his motorcycle and going to poker runs, competing in paintball on the weekends and taking his dogs down to Dodge Park.Kenneth AKA Roadkill, is survived by his finance, Maureen Maher and his fur-babies, Stormy and Sabrina.As we prepare to honor Kenneth's life, we invite friends and family to join us for a celebration of his life. Funeral services will take place at a later date, and details will be announced soon.Kenneth Martin Carr Jr. lived life on his terms, and while we will miss him dearly, let us carry his spirit forward, always embracing the joy of companionship and the beauty found in a hardworking heart.
