Kenneth Charles Pokorny

Kenneth Charles Pokorny passed away November 5, 2026 in Bellevue, Nebraska at the age of 54 years. He was born March 10, 1972 in Omaha, Nebraska.

Kenneth is preceded in death by his wife, Gina Pokorny; father William Pokorny; infant sisters Diane, Jean, and Jo Ann Pokorny; and his grandparents William and Bessie Pokorny and Cyril and Josephine Codr.

He is survived by his daughter, Medesta Ball; mother Dorothy Pokorny; brother Duane (Kathy) Pokorny; and other family and friends.

Kenneth Charles Pokorny will be remembered for his deep love for his family, his gift for storytelling, and the friendships he cherished throughout his life.

He was a great storyteller who always had a story to share and memories to reminisce about. He shared special friendships with Mick Taylor, Dave Kosiske, and a host of other dear friends. He also held great admiration for his brother, Duane.

He shared a special bond with his daughter, Medesta and as the years went on, they created memories that will be cherished.

He will be remembered for his love of family, the stories he shared, and the friendships he built throughout his life. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
