LaVaine Ann Lamb, age 88, was born December 20, 1936, to Login and Adeline (Stranik) Soucek in Leigh Ne. She lived a full and blessed life passing to eternity on August 5, 2025

LaVaine graduated from Omaha South High School in 1954. LaVaine met Don in 1971 and married . LaVaine cherished all relationships with her family, friends, and neighbors. LaVaine sold Avon for 25 years eventually retiring from Avon to be a stay at home wife and mother. LaVaine liked to knit on plastic canvas, making all sorts of things like barbie doll vans, tissue box holders, doilies to sit under lamps, coffee doilies, napkin holders, even made hot air balloon magnets with a pouch to put on the fridge to hold whatever you like.

LaVaine is survived by her children, Michelle and Michael Fulton, Donald Lamb Jr, Laurie and Allen Homan, Gary and Kim Lamb, 31 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren, 2 sisters, 4 brother and 3 sister-in-laws, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband Don of 53 yrs, her parents, mother and father-in-law, daughters Debbie Kaye and Debbie Jean, sons Michael and Thomas, 4 grandchildren and twin sister LaVonne.

A Memorial Service will be held Friday, August 15, 2025, at 10:30 a.m., at Good Shepherd Funeral Home - L Street Chapel. Inurnment at Westlawn Hillcrest Cemetery.
