Leo Tyler Sr.

Leo Tyler, Sr. was born April 28, 1937 in Opelousas, Louisiana and died in Omaha, Nebraska on March 9, 2025.

Leo served in the Air Force from 1956 to 1960 and worked for Western Electric/Avaya for 40 years.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Lovenia Tyler; father, William Tyler, Sr.; his brothers James Tyler and William Tyler and his 2 sons, Tyrone Tyler and Anthoney Tyler.

He is survived by his children, Leo Tyler, Jr. (Marilyn) of Atlanta, GA, Donald Tyler of Omaha, Michael Tyler (Jane) of Garland, TX and Michelle Zaleski (Bob) of Omaha; his grandchildren, Angel Nicole Barnes, Myles Tyler, Blake Tyler, Dylan Tyler, Reanna Tyler, Matthew Tyler, Michael Zaleski, Catie Zaleski, Sara Zaleski, Alexandra Zaleski, Joshua Zaleski, Taulease Dyer, Lakeisha Guishard and Shawntay Gunnells; his brothers, Clarence Tyler (Mosetta), John Tyler and Lewis Tyler (Francis); his sisters, Susan Jones, Dorothy Malveaux and Janel Tyler; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, great grandchildren and friends.
