Lillian Chapman

Lillian Guest Chapman, 92, passed away peacefully on October 24, 2025.

Born in Norfolk, Nebraska, Lillian graduated from Lincoln High School, and earned a degree from Wichita State University. She was an avid reader and loved to travel. Lillian was involved in many organizations including The Order of the Eastern Star, Job’s Daughters, and P.E.O. She enjoyed her friends, sewing, quilting and knitting, and spending as much time as possible with her family.

Lillian was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, James H. Chapman, MD. She is survived by her children Candyce Chapman, Michael Chapman, and Jill Champley; one granddaughter, Sarah, and two great grandchildren, Stella and Wyatt.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00 am, Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at Countryside Community Church, 13130 Faith Plaza, Omaha, Nebraska. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to Food Bank for the Heartland.
