Lloyd Edwin Johnson

Lloyd Edwin Johnson passed away November 21, 2025, in Council Bluffs, Iowa at the age of 73 years. He was born September 25, 1952, in Bellevue, Nebraska.

A lifelong lover of music, Lloyd found comfort and excitement in the sounds that shaped his life. He especially loved rock from the 60's and 70's, and Elton John remained a lifelong favorite. His passion didn't stop at the music itself - Lloyd had a genuine love for stereos and sounds systems. He appreciated the art of listening, always seeking the perfect setup to experience his music in the way it was meant to be heard.

Lloyd is preceded in death by his parents, Carroll and Margaret Johnson; brothers Rodney Johnson and Ronnie Johnson; and granddaughter Taylor.

He is survived by his children Amy (Jeremy) Albert, Eric Johnson, and Melissa (Michael) Shults; grandchildren Caleb, Polly, Alyssa, Haley, and Noah; great-grandson Theodore; sister Carol Larsen; and nieces, nephews, and other family.
