Louie Branz

Louie was born to Henry and Lena (Bauer) Branz. He lived in Ogallala, Nebraska until moving to Brule, Nebraska as a child.

Louie graduated from Brule High School in 1973. He married Elizabeth "Betty" Shonquist on September 26, 1984 at the Memorial Rose Garden in Omaha, Nebraska.

Louie passed away from complications involving several illnesses. He is preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Lena; brother John Branz; and sister Mary Branz.

Louie is survived by his wife of nearly 40 years, Betty Branz; nephew Michael (Amy) Branz; and his great-nieces and nephews.

Louie was a man of multiple talents - guitar, wood working, projects, wood burning, leather working, and seed bead jewelry. Just about everything he fancied and he did everything to perfection.
