Mary Lou Sanford

Mary Lou (Poulson) Sanford was born in Omaha, NE to James Csipkes and Aileen (Bartlett) Csipkes on May 12, 1944. She passed away on July 4th of 2023 at Methodist Hospital.

She married Patrick H. Poulson at a young age and they would have four children together. Approximately 18 years later they would go their separate ways. For much of her adult life she worked at Western Electric (as it was originally known) doing wire assembly work on communication items. She then found love again with James M Sanford, to whom she remained married to till her passing

She liked to play bingo, watch game shows and more than anything she loved being with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents James and Aileen Csipkes, brothers Ronald and Alred Csipkes, daughter-in-law Terri Poulson.

Surviving her are children Kim Bowen Brummer (William)., Patrick Poulson, Christina Thacker (Tom), Tammy Poulson and step daughter Tawnya Sanford.

She is also survived by the many grandchildren and great grandchildren that she treasured and they will hold her close at heart for years to come.
