Jacqueline Pfeiffer

Jacqueline Pfeiffer, a beloved mother, sister, and friend, passed away on June 24, 2026, at the age of 54. Born on March 2, 1972, in Omaha, Nebraska, Jacqui grew up in a big family where there was a lot of love and support. She cherished her role as a loving mother to her daughter Rebecca Durr and son Ryan Pfeiffer, and she found immense joy in her grandchildren, who were the light of her life.

Residing in Glenwood, Iowa, she spent her days as a kitchen manager at St. Albert's High School, where her passion for cooking nourished not only her family but also the young minds she encountered. Known for her exceptional culinary skills and warm heart, Jacqui was a loving caregiver, always placing the needs of others ahead of her own. Jacqui is survived by her children, Rebecca Durr and Ryan Pfeiffer; grandchildren, Lilly, Lexi, Evelyn and Charlee; siblings, Terri (Bobby) Cash, Mary Martha (John) Wenzl, Garry Durr, Suzanne (Tracy) Schonberner, Kevin (Deb) Durr, Julie Durr, Joe Durr, Jamie (Nate) Meier, daughter-in-law, Stephanie Heller Durr, many nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends. Preceded in death by her parents, Kermit and Joan Durr and brother, John Durr.

Services will be held on Thursday, July 2, 2026 at St. Philip Neri Catholic Church. Visitation from 9:00 - 10:00 am with Rosary starting at 9:00 am. Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am. Burial to follow at Resurrection Catholic Church.In lieu of flowers, please direct memorials to the family for later designation.
