Matthew Chase, age 30 of Bellevue passed away in Omaha. He was born in Omaha. He is preceded in death by his sister, Dana; grandpa Bubba Johnson; grandpa, Bob Chase. Matthew is survived by his parents, Scott Johnson and Danette Chase, siblings, Tiffany McClun, Seth and Troy Chase; grandmother, Dana Dee Chase.
Matthew was an organ donor super hero who was loved by countless family members and friends.
