Oct 3, 1979 — Sep 17, 2026

Omaha, NE

Michael E. Allen, age 46, passed away on September 17, 2026. He leaves behind a family and circle of friends who will carry his memory with them for the rest of their lives.

Michael was a beloved dad, grandpa, son, brother, and friend. His greatest pride and joy was his family. He leaves behind his three children, Austin Allen, Brookelynn Allen, and Madison Allen, and his two grandchildren, Atlas and Oakley, who brought a special kind of joy to his life.

He is also survived by his mother, Penney Bovee; his father, Michael Allen (Tammi); his grandmother, Helen Bovee; his eight siblings; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends who loved him dearly.

Michael had a spirit that was always looking toward the next adventure. He loved riding his motorcycle, playing video games, spending time with his family, and loving on his cat. He enjoyed dreaming about where life might take him next and making memories along the way. Whether he was surrounded by family, enjoying one of his favorite hobbies, or simply doing his own thing, Michael had a way of making life his own.

Michael was also a co-owner of Over the Top Building Services, a high-rise window-washing company. His work was an important part of the life he built and the future he dreamed about.

Michael was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lynn Allen, Michael Allen, and Raymond Bovee; his aunts, Ruth Ann Bovee and Shelly Allen; and his cousins, Helen Wakefield and Clinton Brownlee.

Those who knew Michael will remember him not only for the things he loved, but for the place he held in the lives of the people around him. He was a son, a brother, a father, a grandfather, and a friend—and each of those roles represented a different piece of the life he shared with others.

His family will cherish the memories they made with him, the adventures they shared, the laughter, the stories, and all the little moments that become so much more precious when someone is gone.

Michael may be gone from our sight, but he will remain forever in the hearts of his children, grandchildren, family, and friends. His memory will live on in the people he loved, the memories he created, and the adventures he dreamed of taking.

Forever loved. Forever missed. Forever remembered.
