Michael James Cavitte

Michael James Cavitte passed away February 4, 2026 in Omaha, Nebraska age of 53 years. He was born October 2, 1972 in Omaha. Michael was quite but when he did express himself, he was a jokester, with a beautiful smile. Michael was a quiet person. He was very independent and a man of few words, but had a very strong mind.

Michael is preceded in death by his brother Lawrence Gregory, mother-in-law Wanda and father-in-law Nathaniel; granddaughters; A'miracle, & Beautiful.

He is survived by his wife of over 20 years, Augustine Cavitte; children Imesha Davis, Schelynn Moore, DeAndre Temple, and Kevonna Peak, Leondria Peak, and Kevin Peak; parents Ronnie Amos and Marcina Cavitte; grandchildren Marcus, Orlando, Isaiah, Dion, Je'Syah, Kani, Delilah, Kliffton, Kevin Jr., Kevijana, and Brelee; brother Toby Cavitte; and nieces, nephews, family and other friends.
