Proceeded in death by father Robert Leroy Fleshman, son Nicholas Anthony Butera and granddaughter Adrianna Renee Butera.
Survived by Life partner Cathi Niebur and mother of his children Shawna Butera, his mother Catherine Shirley Fleshman. His siblings William John Fleshman and Karen Lynn Fleshman. His children Sabrina Marie Butera, Sean Michael Butera, Ellena Renee Butera and Shane Joseph Butera. Grandchildren Cameron Nicholas butera, Jovani Micheal Quang, Joey Nicholas Quang, Faye Nichole Quang. So many others he loved dearly and cherished.
