Michael Lorence, 70, passed away on March 2, 2026, in Leshara, NE.

Michael Lorence was born on November 12, 1955 in Omaha, NE, to Joseph and Rita Lorence.

Michael graduated from Omaha South High School and went on to earn career and have children. He started his career at Kelloggs and just retired after 48 years with Kellogg's.

He is preceded in death by his significant other Kathy, parents and brother Jerry

Michael is survived by his 5 children, Jennifer (Rich) Rubek of Plattsmouth, Diane (DJ) White of Council Bluffs, Christina (Matt) Rhodes of Tobias, Christopher Stockton of Bellevue, and Janice Lorence of Omaha. Sisters Nancy and Barb Lorence of Omaha.

Michael had 13 grandchildren. He was best known for his 4th of July parties, hanging out at the Casino, and just enjoying his home off the river.
