Richard Paul Scales

Richard was born in Omaha, Nebraska on April 19th, 1952. His parents were LaVerne and Jo Ella Scales. Richard went to Howard Kennedy for elementary school. He went to Horseman for middle school, and he graduated from Central High School in 1970. Richard loved grilling on the weekends. He was known for his barbecue. Richard won many grilling competitions. He also loved going fishing with his brother Huck and their beloved friends. He also loved going to Keno with, his daughter, Ashley and his grandsons. Richard is preceded in death by: his mother Jo Ella (Relford) Scales, his father LaVerne E. Scales, his sister Teresa (Scales) Jones, his brother LaVerne E. "Huck" Scales, Jr. and his grandson Jalen RaMon' Duncan. He leaves to cherish his memory: His daughter Ashley J Jones, his grandsons Jonathon, JayReace, Josiah, and a host of family and loving friends.
