Richard was born in Omaha to Richard Wayne Miller Sr. and Thomasina Jean Thompson on October 6th, 1952. Richard is preceded in death by his parents, his wife Brenda Lee (Burris) Miller, granddaughter Jacarlee Miller, granddaughter A.J. Miller, and his brother Harry Joe Thompson

Richard is survived by Daughter Randi (Martin) McMullin, Daughter Melissa Burris ( Michael Tripp), Son Richard (Lauren) Miller, and Daughter Thomasina Miller ( Doyle Osborn), Daughter Trisha Folsom.
His Grandchildren: Savannah McMullin, Emmalee McMullin, Wayne Wann, Aryanna Tripp, Ashton Krzycki, Peyton Budka, Araya Osborn, Ashden Miller, Georgie Krom, Zander Diaz, Jaxon Diaz, Bella Diaz. Jordan and Jacob
Great grandchildren: Aminah Wann and Niarah Wann

Richard was married to the love of his life Brenda Lee (Burris) Miller on Flagstaff Mountain, Boulder Colorado. They were together for 35 yrs before her death in 2016.
